Finding the right machine
KJ Forklift supplies 40 Hangcha models across 10 categories. The range runs from walkie pallet jacks that move a pallet across a warehouse floor, through reach trucks and very narrow aisle turret trucks built to lift into high racking, up to heavy counterbalance forklifts for container and yard work.
Counterbalance forklifts are the largest group with 12 model ranges, followed by order pickers with 6, and electric pallet trucks, stackers and very narrow aisle trucks with 4 each. Rough terrain forklifts and reach trucks have 3 ranges each, scissor lifts 2, and telehandlers and automated guided vehicles 1 each.

Two things decide most of the shortlist: the heaviest load you actually handle, and how tight the space is. Everything else, power type, mast height, tyres and cab options, follows from those two.
