VNA (Very Narrow Aisle)

Very narrow aisle trucks are the highest density answer to warehouse storage. The truck stays square in the aisle and the forks rotate to face the racking, so the aisle only needs to be as wide as the machine itself. That can lift pallet positions considerably without moving to a bigger building.

Man-down turret trucks keep the operator at floor level and suit full pallet handling. Turret stockpickers raise the operator with the forks, which is what you need if people are picking individual cartons at height. All-directional and four-way models are built for long or awkward loads such as timber, pipe and sheet, which cannot be turned in a standard aisle.
