Order Pickers

Order pickers raise the operator to the stock rather than bringing the stock down to the operator. That makes them the right machine for picking cartons and individual items out of racking, which is a different job from moving whole pallets and needs a different truck.

The range is grouped by the height you pick at, and that is the first thing to settle. Low level suits ground and first level picking where speed matters most. Mid level covers picking a few metres up. High level models lift the operator well into the racking and carry the safety systems that go with working at that height. Storage assist machines are the compact option for lighter items in confined spaces. If the aisles are very narrow, a turret truck may suit the same job better.
