A high-level order picker raises the operator to the stock rather than bringing the stock down. That makes it the right machine for picking cartons and individual items out of high racking, and the wrong machine for moving whole pallets, which a reach truck or a pallet truck does faster and more cheaply.

This unit is rated at 1,360 kg and its triplex mast lifts to between 7,000 mm and 9,300 mm. Forks are 1,220 mm and it runs on PU tyres for quiet, smooth travel on a finished floor.

Picking at 9.3 m changes what the site needs to provide, and this is the part worth settling before you order. Floor flatness matters far more at nine metres than at three, because small deviations are amplified up the mast. Aisle width, racking condition and the height of your services all need checking against the machine's real dimensions. Operators need training specific to working at height, and that is a site obligation rather than something the truck provides.

The machine's own safety systems are built for it. A German ZF drive and AC motor with an INTORQ electromagnetic brake give controlled travel, proportional speed reduction cuts speed automatically in corners, and the operator platform is enclosed by a door at height. Power is lithium iron phosphate with an integrated battery management system, so it runs multi-shift work on opportunity charging without a battery change.
