A pedestrian stacker suits sites where a forklift would be too big and a pallet truck cannot lift. This one carries 1,500 kg to between 2,000 mm and 4,000 mm, which covers most back-of-house racking, mezzanine work and light storage without needing the aisle width a counterbalance truck demands. Gradeability is up to 15 per cent.

The control system is the part worth understanding. Proportional hydraulics give lifting and lowering anywhere between 0.01 and 0.3 m/s rather than one fixed speed, so an operator can inch a load into position instead of relying on timing. Response is quoted at 20 milliseconds, and running noise stays below 65 dB, which matters in an enclosed space where people are working alongside it. Regenerative lowering recovers energy on the way down.

Build quality is where the specification is unusually specific. The mast is reinforced C and H section steel on a 5 mm frame with a 30 mm baseplate, the wiring is a unified SAE J1939 harness rated beyond 100,000 flex cycles, and connectors are IP67. Component life is quoted beyond 15,000 hours. For a machine that spends its life being bumped and washed down, those are the numbers that decide whether it is still working in year five.
